This is a case study of a 28-year-old male who came here with severe
trauma on the left side of his cheek and his orbital floor area. He had
reduced mouth opening and mild asymmetry
of the face. After his initial consultation, Dr. Sunil Richardson had suggested
correctional surgeries for the primary orbital correction done elsewhere.
The day of the surgery arrived and a successful secondary orbital floor correction
was performed. Following this, the patient's other functional issues were corrected by an open structured
Rhinoplasty with Rib Graft.
The initial swelling took some time to recede and the patient was
delighted with the results achieved. Gradually and step by step, the procedures
were done to bring back his face.
